The Greater Texarkana Branch's 36th Freedom Fund Awards Banquet is the main fundraiser supporting programs, advocacy, and outreach. Funds raised help fulfill the Branch’s mission to serve Texarkana and Northeast Texas, promote well-being, enable growth, and protect individual rights. The Banquet also recognizes outstanding community leaders for their dedicated service and positive impact.​
